Is this tool free? Do you collect my data?
Yes, this tool is completely free to use. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal or financial data. All calculations happen locally in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
How do I use the calculator?
Fill in your family status, income, and contributions/deductions. Sections can be collapsed and results update automatically.
What does “threshold‑only income” mean?
Some amounts (e.g. grants) count toward the income threshold but are not taxed. Use “Non‑taxable income (threshold only)”.
How are 2026 credits applied?
Credits (children, rent/interest, green/EV, home insurance) apply after tax bands and only if the income threshold is met.
What about bonuses?
Bonuses are taxed in the year received but are not spread across months. They are shown separately in results.
Why separate residency/domicile?
Residency and domicile are per‑person and affect SDC and credit eligibility.
Can I print the results?
Yes — use “Print / Save as PDF” for a clean, printable report.
